Middletown Eye Care

Had a very pleasant and enjoyable appointment. Well staffed and equipped with all the necessary testing equipment. A very nice selection of frames. Was my first ever eye exam and they made purchasing eye glasses quick and easy.

My experience at Middletown eye care was phenomenal. The front desk were very kind and welcoming . Kira and Dr. Bittinger answered all my questions . Purchasing my glasses was a breeze as well. Highly recommend! 👓😊

My daughter was extremely nervous and they made it a fun appointment for her. She needed her eyes dilated and was screaming but after the fact they reassured her and told her how brave she was! I will recommend them to everyone! I’m also making the switch!

I've been going here for years, they give the most in depth exams and listen to you. Great selection of glasses as well and the staff are all very nice. They are also kind and helpful to each other. Seems like a great place.

Great customer service all the way around!! Pleasant experience with the entire staff, which is hard to come by lately. They got me in the day I called because I’m a big baby especially with my eyes. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Middletown eye care is wonderful! I was greeted with a smile and was taken back after I checked in. Everyone was warm, friendly and welcoming. Dr. Papio took her time and I didn't feel rushed at all. After my exam I was able to look at frames for my new glasses and was helped picking out new frames. I wanted to try on a Nike frame that wasn't in stock and they ordered it for me to come back and try on. Now that's wonderful customer service! I recommend them 100%. Also you are offered to take your prescription to another place to order your glasses cheaper ( a customer there was complaining about the prices). I am very pleased with my visit and looking forward to going back to try on the frames I wanted. God Bless Middletown Eye Care!

Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Bjork has been seeing me for years. He is very thorough and knowledgeable and takes his time with examination and making sure that I have the best prescription for my eyeglasses.
